DermZen Clinic is a medically-led aesthetics clinic in Weybridge, Surrey, founded and led by Advanced Nurse Practitioner and Independent Prescriber Lelia Iyinagoro. We put you at the heart of everything we do, creating bespoke treatment plans that deliver natural-looking results and healthier skin for the long term.
Our approach is holistic. Rather than treating a concern in isolation, we look at the whole person to understand what is affecting your skin. Combined with an in-depth knowledge of facial anatomy and physiology, this allows us to deliver safe, high-quality, non-surgical treatments with natural, long-lasting results.

Meet Lelia Iyinagoro, Founder
Lelia is an Advanced Nurse Practitioner and V300 Independent Prescriber with over two decades of experience in healthcare, much of it as a senior nurse in the NHS. Her career spans leading services at some of London's most respected hospitals, Johns Hopkins Aramco Hospital in Saudi Arabia, and aesthetic medicine, so you can be confident you are in expert hands.
NHS leadership
Four years after qualifying, Lelia was headhunted to develop a new nurse-led service within the perioperative directorate at Guy's and St Thomas' NHS Foundation Trust. She went on to lead the Day Surgery Unit at Guy's Hospital, transforming the department and team to deliver excellent patient care, reducing on-the-day theatre cancellations and making the best use of theatre time.

Doctoral studies in patient safety
Lelia is in the third year of a Professional Doctorate in Health at the University of Bath. Her doctoral research will explore how aesthetic practitioners screen for body dysmorphic disorder (BDD), a condition where cosmetic treatment can do more harm than good. This focus on psychological wellbeing shapes how she approaches every consultation.
Lelia is passionate about helping people feel confident in their own skin. She is committed to delivering evidence-based treatments, mentoring aspiring aesthetic practitioners, and helping patients build good skincare habits for life.
