Every treatment starts with a consultation. We take a full medical history, look closely at your skin and talk honestly about what you would like to achieve, so we only recommend treatment that is safe and right for you. We will prepare your skin before treatment to get the best collagen response.
The treatment
A numbing cream can be applied for comfort. The microneedling device is then passed carefully over the skin. Depending on the area, the appointment takes 45 to 60 minutes. We recommend a course of 6 treatments, 2 to 4 weeks apart.
Aftercare
For 2 to 3 days your skin may look red, dry, slightly swollen or crusted. Avoid sun exposure and wear SPF 50+ every day. Read our full aftercare advice.
Your results
Results can be seen after about 48 hours and peak around six weeks later. As with most skin treatments, a full course gives the longest-lasting results, alongside sun protection and good aftercare.
