Anti-Wrinkle Injections

Soften frown lines, forehead lines and crow's feet for a fresher, more rested look, without looking "done".

Anti-wrinkle injections gently relax the muscles that cause expression lines. Your skin looks smoother, but your face still moves naturally, so you look like you, just refreshed.

What can it treat?

Your consultation

Every treatment starts with a thorough consultation with our Advanced Nurse Practitioner and Independent Prescriber. We take a full medical history, look closely at how your face moves, and talk honestly about what you would like to achieve.

Anti-wrinkle injections are a prescription-only medicine, so we will only recommend treatment if it is safe and right for you. It is not suitable during pregnancy or breastfeeding.

The treatment

Tiny amounts are placed into specific muscles using a very fine needle. Most people describe it as a few quick pin-pricks. The whole appointment takes around 30 minutes.

Aftercare

You may notice slight redness for a few minutes, and most people go straight back to their day. For 24 hours, avoid strenuous exercise, alcohol, make-up and rubbing the treated areas. Avoiding smoking also helps your results. Read our full aftercare advice.

Your results

Results begin to appear within a few days and reach their full effect at around 2 weeks, when we recommend a review appointment. Results typically last 3 to 4 months. Everyone is different, and things like metabolism and smoking can affect how long they last.
