Obagi Blue Peel Radiance is a superficial peel based on salicylic acid, blended with lactic and glycolic acids and soothing willow bark and liquorice root. It gently removes the upper layers of the skin to speed up cell renewal and stimulate collagen, leaving skin brighter, tighter and smoother. It suits all skin types and is especially good for oily and acne-prone skin.

Your consultation
Every treatment starts with a consultation. We take a full medical history, look closely at your skin and talk honestly about what you would like to achieve, so we only recommend treatment that is safe and right for you. For 5 to 7 days before your peel, please avoid waxing, laser hair removal, electrolysis, hair removal creams, retinoids, acids and exfoliants on the treatment area.
The treatment
Your skin is cleansed and prepared, and the peel is applied. Most people feel only a mild tingling. Your treatment finishes with a soothing recovery cream, a lymphatic drainage massage, a hydrating hyaluronic acid mask and LED light therapy to support healing. A course is usually 4 to 6 sessions, 2 to 4 weeks apart.
Aftercare
Redness, tightness and light flaking are normal and usually settle within 1 to 5 days. Please don't pick peeling skin, avoid make-up for 12 hours, and wear SPF 50+ every day. Read our full aftercare advice or our frequently asked questions.
